Refund and Cancellation Terms

Effective Date: April 17, 2025

At The Good Medicine Center, we value your commitment to your healing and learning journey. We aim to provide clarity regarding cancellations, refunds, and transfers for our services, gift certificates, classes, workshops, and online content.

 

Services (Healing Sessions, Massage, etc.)

  • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) may be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at our discretion.

 

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates may be transferred to another person with written authorization.

 

Classes and Workshops (In-Person)

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class or workshop start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person or credited toward a future offering, at our discretion.

  • If The Good Medicine Center cancels a class or workshop, participants will receive a full refund.

 

Online Content (Courses, Webinars, Digital Materials)

  • Purchases of digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing content, please contact us at [insert email address], and we will assist you.

 

Additional Terms

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
